My experience with Racine Properties has been super positive. My point of contact is Carrie. She continually goes above and beyond to help me out as much as she can, and is always there for me when I have questions or concerns. Racine Properties is the type of property manager you want to have when renting a property. Their reviews is one of the major reasons I chose the property I did, and so far I haven’t been disappointed.

I have not had many great experiences with property management companies but THIS COMPANY TOTALLY CHANGED MY PERSPECTIVE! They go above and beyond to make sure you feel like you are in your own home! Quick responses to any needs in the home, smiling faces, prompt changing of air filters and just genuinely make you feel like you are part of the family! The process in getting approved was swift, they are especially honest about the whole process! If I could give 10 stars I would! This company is someone I would recommend to any family member and that says a lot. The home was clean upon move in and has worked with us on anything we needed. Could not be happier!

I recently rented a home through Racine Properties and couldn't be happier with my decision so far. There were several repairs that needed to be done and their maintenance team was the best I've ever experienced. I plan to stay with Racine for a very long time.
