Katie Racine grew up in the Upstate.  She graduated from Chesnee High School and attended Converse College before answering the call to serve.  With the support of her husband, Jay, she served in the United States Air Force for the next 25 years.  After Katie retired as Command Chief of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio in 2018, the Racines returned to South Carolina to be close to family in the area.  Their daughter, Faith, followed six months later. racine properties opened in August 2020 and celebrates our third business anniversary this year! we look forward to many more years of serving our clients in the upstate!
